Mesotherapy & microneedling

Microneedling has become a popular therapy for treating conditions such as wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, stretch marks, and other dermal irregularities. It involves using fine needles to make tiny wounds in the skin. Although it is commonly referred to as “collagen induction therapy,” no collagen is injected into the skin. Instead, the procedure itself is thought to stimulate collagen production.

Mesotherapy & microneedling — This therapy can help promote face and neck rejuvenation

Mesotherapy is a similar procedure, but involves treatment using a series of injections. This therapy can help promote face and neck rejuvenation, as well as cellulite reduction, hair loss, and pain reduction.

Wrinkle treatment

Mesotherapy, as noted above, is increasing in popularity for wrinkle treatment. This option is attractive to people who have given up on cosmetic “wrinkle reduction” products, but who do not want to incur the expense, pain, recovery time, and embarrassment of plastic surgery.

This procedure can help diminish the appearance of wrinkles by making tiny incisions in the dermis, prompting it to produce more collagen.

Acne Scar treatment

When most of us are teenagers looking in our bathroom mirrors, we’re just wishing for adolescence to end so our pimples will finally go away. Unfortunately, acne often leaves behind scars that can mess with our self-image for decades to come.

Microneedling can effectively reduce the appearance of acne scar tissue through a series of microscopic incisions designed to stimulate your skin’s repair mechanisms. As collagen production increases, you will likely notice your skin becoming clearer. For many people, this is exactly the confidence booster they need.

Collagen Therapy

Collagen injection therapy is commonly used to “fill,” or add volume to, the skin around the cheeks, eyes, and chin. Filling or plumping the skin with an injectable filler like collagen can help diminish wrinkles, sagging skin, and other signs of aging. It can also help change the shape of specific facial features to achieve a desired effect.

Although collagen therapy was used for “lipo plumping” in the past, other substances (such as hyaluronic acid-like compounds) are now used for this purpose instead.

Vitamin C Therapy

Localized injections of Vitamin C can provide potent antioxidant effects, which could help your body’s cells protect themselves against the harmful effects of the sun’s UV rays, as well as other potentially carcinogenic agents. Vitamin C injections may also be used to reduce inflammation of body tissue, which can improve healing and ward off infection. In one study, injected Vitamin C showed promise in inflammation reduction for people with chronic gingival inflammation.

Hydration Therapy

We all know that water is essential to human life - yet many of us are chronically dehydrated. If your body is not getting and keeping enough water, it’s difficult for your body to flush out waste products, deliver nutrients, and keep your organs and tissues in top condition.

Chronic dehydration can also take a toll on your skin, promoting wrinkles, cracking, and other types of damage. Hydrating isn’t as simple as just chugging water when you’re thirsty, though - because your large intestine absorbs most of the water you drink, it can take five hours or longer for the water you drink to meaningfully affect your physical hydration level.

Hydration therapy delivers hydration directly to the bloodstream, where it can be immediately used by your body. This can help your body repair organs and tissues - including your skin - quickly and efficiently.

The frequently asked questions about these treatments

What Causes Wrinkles?
Wrinkles, also known as rhytides or skin laxity, are creases, folds, or ridges in the skin. Wrinkles can be caused by a variety of factors including age, genetics, extreme weight loss, smoking, and chronic exposure to the sun.
How Do I Get Rid of Wrinkles?
EXILIS ULTRA is ideal for anyone looking for preventative treatment or a more dramatic cosmetic improvement once they begin to notice signs of ageing. EXILIS Ultra uses Radiofrequency and ultrasound waves to specifically target fine lines and improve their appearance by boosting collagen production that will result in a natural-looking, wrinkle-free, lifted skin appearance.
How Long Does an Exilis Ultra Treatment Last?
Depending on the treated area and skin condition, most patients undergo between 2 to 4 treatments scheduled 7 to 10 days apart. Each treatment of a specific area usually takes from 4 to 30 minutes.
What Does an Exilis Ultra Treatment Feel Like?
Most patients describe the sensation of the therapy as being comparable to that of a pain-free, hot stone massage. You can lie down and relax during the procedure.
How Fast Will I See Results from Exilis Ultra Treatments?
Some patients report visible results after one treatment. The results will typically continue to improve over the next few months.
What is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a skincare treatment that is performed to minimize certain skin concerns such as acne scars, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation, or to improve the overall texture and appearance of the skin.
How is it performed?
In microneedling, a specific pen-like device is used to make very small incisions on the skin and a certain serum (based on the specific skin concern) is penetrated into these incisions to give the skin a healthy, youthful appearance.
At par Aesthetics, this service is delivered with maximum quality, premium tools and products, and performed by skillful and experienced technicians in a calm, relaxing, and luxurious environment.
How long does it take to see results?
Like any other skincare treatment, it takes a couple of treatment sessions for the skin to transform. The number of required treatments for each client is determined by our professional skincare therapists based on individual needs.
Does Microneedling require any aftercare?
After a microneedling treatment, the skin may become more sensitive so it is recommended that the client avoids makeup and regularly put on sunscreen for a couple of days following their treatment. The specific aftercare instructions will be provided in more detail by our skincare therapists.
